1Leaf assembly
Note:
Before installing the diving propeller, first select and adjust the angle of the angle adjustment plate based on working conditions.
Ensure both blades are installed at the same angle.

2、Installation of Low-Speed Flow Meters
The rod and bracket are securely fastened in place using expansion bolts as required.
Install vibration dampers and sliding sleeves.
Manually lift the diving propeller with a hand-cranked gourd, slip the sleeve over the square guide rod, and ensure the lift is smooth and easy before placing the blender in position.
Gently and evenly lower the dive propulsion unit, ensuring it is correctly positioned. Keep the hand-cranked pulley's wire rope in a relaxed state.
Ensure cables are not wrapped around the impeller while the pump is in operation!
3Pilot operation
Prior to startup, the entire system is inspected by qualified professionals to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The motor cables are properly connected to the power source.
During the initial debugging, ensure the impeller rotates in the correct direction. To check, suspend the submersible propeller on the square guide rod, plug in the power source, and observe from the impeller towards the motor; the impeller should rotate clockwise. If the rotation direction is incorrect, swap the two phases of the power cable. When multiple mixers are connected to the same control cabinet, check the rotation direction of each mixer individually.
Be sure to check the rotation direction to ensure that the rotating impeller does not injure staff and to stay away from the rotating impeller.

4Operational
After the trial operation runs smoothly, shut off the power. Place the submersible propeller along the square guide rod into the water and ensure it is properly installed. Reconnect the power and start the operation, checking for normal function.
5Oiling and oil change
