QJBInstallation Instructions for Submersible Flow Pumps
Duwan Environmental Submerged Pump Flow Controllers are installed strictly according to the on-site environment and recommendations, at the locations specified in the drawings. They provide the necessary lubricants for the operation within the manufacturer's suggested warranty period. The foot bolts are supplied and installed by the vendor and should meet the manufacturer's requirements.
Concrete Foundation
The concrete foundation for the mixer is the responsibility of the civil construction supplier. The equipment supplier should coordinate with the civil construction supplier to ensure the foundation is properly positioned. The concrete strength grade should meet the requirements for the mixer's installation and operation, unless otherwise specified, and the foundation bolts should be correctly placed during grouting.
Factory Painting
A.Prior to painting, all equipment surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and dried, removing grease, rust, dirt, and other surface contaminants.
B.AllSubmersible propellers, motors, and other driving equipment should be coated with an undercoat and finish paint according to this specification in the factory. The surfaces that will come into direct contact with wastewater during operation should be reliably corrosion-resistant treated.
Inspection and Testing
A.Summary
1.Before shipment from the factory, the owner has the right to inspect and test all equipment and materials as per this specification.
2.Prior to shipment, a written notice should be promptly sent to the owner to allow them to schedule an inspection.
3.Duwan Environmental provides the necessary facilities, including personnel, for owners to conduct inspections and tests, and ample time should be allocated for these activities.
4.All materials and equipment should be inspected and tested in accordance with the owner's requirements. Suppliers should anticipate that inspections and tests of materials and equipment may cause delays.
5.Manufacturers' representatives should conduct on-site services to facilitate installation inspections and equipment trial runs.
6.After the installation work and trial preparation are completed, field testing can commence.
B.Mixing Machine
1.Jiangsu Du'an Environmental ProtectionQJBUnder on-site installation guidance for the submersible mixer, all installation work was completed. The trial was conducted in the presence of the owner to ensure the mixer's operation complies with regulatory requirements. On-site testing should provide the necessary water or wastewater, labor, equipment, and temporary facilities to complete the trial.
2.If the mixer's performance does not meet the specifications, it should be replaced. Prior to acceptance, it is mandatory to24Hourly operational test.
C.Motor
1.Suppliers should connect the motor's wiring before the motor is powered on. If the insulation is good, they should notify the owner and proceed with measures approved by the owner.
2.Suppliers should inspect the correct installation of all motors according to the manufacturer's requirements, as well as check the lubrication and the motor's wiring and rotation direction.
