The walking dredge pump is mainly composed of a working bridge, suction pipe, mud discharge pipe, submersible sludge pump, drive mechanism, and electrical control cabinet. This equipment is supported by four points and spans across the inclined tube sedimentation tank with a walking beam. It features dual driving, with steel tracks laid on both sides of the tank. The dredge pump runs from one end of the tank to the other, suctioning mud while moving. Upon hitting a travel switch at one end, it changes direction and returns to the original starting point. Hitting the travel switch stops the pump; the stopping time is controlled by a timer relay.1 minute to 12 hours, completing a work cycle.
