Inadequate waterproofing and quality control in the construction of concrete basement foundations can lead to cracks and water leakage on the basement floor. Find the water leakage location

Clean the surface of the underground water leakage area, wipe the surface water stains with a gauze, then sprinkle a layer of dry cement 20-30mm thick. Grouting and leak sealing are completed, and the leakage is largely under control. Polymer cement waterproof mortar can be applied to the repaired areas to achieve leveling and beautification effects. Before applying the mortar, for minor residual seepage in the concrete, apply inorganic rapid-setting waterproofing material to the concrete surface, wearing rubber gloves and rubbing repeatedly until the water shadow is no longer visible. Then apply the mortar in three stages until the cracks are no longer visible.
