Product Details Recirculating water is an essential component in industrial systems, encompassing system cooling and boiler water supply, etc. Industrial water sources typically include river water, seawater, and groundwater, with stringent quality requirements for system water. To provide high-quality water to the system, advanced water treatment equipment is necessary, such as a removable-core industrial water filter, which can better adapt to various operational conditions. This type of equipment is widely used in power plants, chemical industries, and other sectors, where preliminary filtration of industrial water is indispensable. With broad market prospects, our company's research on this type of equipment can better meet market demands and replace outdated filtration systems, thereby maximizing economic benefits. 1. Features include: (1) This filter model features a core that can be flexibly replaced. (2) Filter components are tightly fitted on both sides, with no clearance and no occurrence of heavy fitting gaps with impurities escaping. (3) The effluent unit is flexible, utilizing a flat funnel design for effluent discharge. The connection method features rolling operation without sliding friction, ensuring smooth operation and noiseless performance. (4) Actuators have low energy consumption and are easy to operate. (5) Equipment operates with low water resistance, reducing resistance loss during water circulation operation. (6) This model's filter components feature a stainless steel round pedestal structure, which increases the filtration area, enhances filtration accuracy, and has a compact design. 2. Operating Principle: The inlet flange connects to the incoming water pipe, the circulating water enters the lower cylinder of the filter, passes through the filter core for filtration, with impurities trapped on the inside of the filter mesh. The purified water then rises to the upper section of the filter, flowing out through the upper outlet and into the system. When the pressure transmitter detects an excessive pressure difference across the filter core, the motor activates, rotating the reducer shaft to operate. The drain funnel rotates to below the filter mesh, and the external drain valve opens to discharge under water pressure. The rotation axis discharges for 2 minutes at the next filter core and continues until the pressure difference is within the set range. If the filter mesh runs for a long time and gets damaged or needs a change in filtration precision, the equipment manhole can be opened for replacement. 3. Selection Guidelines:
