Two.Operating Principle

The oxygen scavenger generally includes two working processes.:

1.One-time Oxygen Removal: Un-deoxygenated water enters the deoxygenation pipeline through the inlet, and is sprayed out through nozzles, forming a mist. The mist falls and passes through the liquid-vapor mesh, where it is thoroughly mixed with the steam entering through the steam inlet. This results in the mist reaching the deoxygenation temperature, with most of the oxygen in the water being extracted and released through the exhaust outlet, thus completing the one-time oxygen removal.

2.Deaeration II: The purpose of secondary deaeration is to maintain the tank's temperature consistently at the deaeration level to maximize the deaeration effect. This is achieved by heating the already deaerated water through the auxiliary heating outlet at the bottom, causing any oxygen not precipitated during the primary deaeration to fully precipitate, significantly reducing the oxygen content in the water. At this point, the secondary deaeration is complete.
