Two.Working Principle

The deaerator generally includes two working processes.:

1.One-time Deaeration: Water not deaerated enters the deaeration pipeline through the inlet, and is ejected as a mist through nozzles. The mist falls through the liquid-vapor mesh and thoroughly mixes with the steam entering through the steam inlet. This causes the misty water to reach the deaeration temperature, with most of the oxygen in the water being released and expelled through the exhaust outlet, thus completing the one-time deaeration.

2.Deoxygenation Stage 2: The purpose of the second deoxygenation stage is to maintain the tank's temperature at the deoxygenation level to maximize the deoxygenation effect. This is achieved by heating the deoxygenated water through the auxiliary heating port at the bottom, allowing any oxygen not removed in the first stage to fully precipitate, significantly reducing the oxygen content in the water. At this point, the second deoxygenation process is complete.
