Product Details Recirculating water is a crucial component in industrial systems, encompassing system cooling and boiler water supply, among others. Industrial water sources typically include river, seawater, and groundwater, but the water quality requirements for the system are stringent. To better provide quality water to the system, high-grade water treatment equipment is required, such as a removable-core industrial water filter that can better adapt to various operating conditions. This type of equipment is widely used in power plants, chemical industries, and others, where preliminary filtration of industrial water is indispensable. The market prospects are extensive, and our company's research on this type of equipment can better meet market demands. This equipment can also better replace outdated filtration systems, maximizing economic benefits. 1. Features include: (1) This water filter model features a replaceable core with flexibility. (2) Filter elements are tightly fitted on both sides with no clearance and no phenomenon of heavy fit gaps escaping impurities. (3) The effluent discharge unit is flexible, utilizing a flat funnel design for effluent discharge. The connection method features rolling operation without sliding friction, ensuring smooth operation and noiseless performance. (4) Actuators have low power consumption and are easy to operate. (5) The equipment has low water resistance during operation, reducing the resistance loss during water circulation. (6) The equipment features a stainless steel spherical cone structure for its filter parts, which increases the filtering area, enhances filtering accuracy, and maintains a compact design. 2. Operating Principle: The inlet flange connects to the incoming water pipe, where the circulating water enters the lower cylinder of the filter. The water passes through the filter core, with impurities trapped on the inner side of the filter mesh. The purified water then flows to the upper part of the filter, exiting through the upper outlet and into the system. When the pressure transmitter detects an excessive pressure difference across the filter core, the motor starts, rotating the reducer shaft to work. The drain funnel rotates to below the filter mesh, and the external drain valve opens under water pressure for draining. After 2 minutes of draining, the rotating shaft moves to the next filter core for draining, continuing until the pressure difference is within the set range. If the filter mesh is damaged from long-term operation or when a change in filtration precision is needed, the equipment manhole can be opened for replacement. 3. Selection Description:
