The roof structure of the beamless colored steel arch shed is formed by using a special molding unit to press the colored steel plate into curved steel groove panels with corrugated waves, which are then connected with locking seams and installed in place.

Process Flow

1. Materials are now available for sale. 2. Straight slot boards are being manufactured. 3. The straight slot boards are processed into curved slot boards.

4. Ground grouping with interlocking, with three unit boards forming one composite panel. 5. Hoisting; self-tapping screws are installed at the arch foot.
