1. Due to the lightweight roof, fewer columns are needed for support, allowing the standard 6-meter column spacing to be extended to 9 to 12 meters. This reduces the number of column positions by 1/3 to 1/2 (assuming two piles per column, saving approximately 6,000 yuan), significantly lowering the overall construction cost.

2. The arched roof is made from ultra-high-strength color steel plates (typically using high-strength plates from Shanghai Baosteel TS280GD-Z), with a zinc coating of 180-200 grams per square meter, which is double the 100-120 grams per square meter of standard galvanized steel. This results in exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring no maintenance costs for 30 years in non-polluted areas, while also reducing costs.

3. The arch is higher (at 1/5 span), which can be used to replace part of the wall, thereby reducing the eave height and lowering costs.

Construction progress is swift, with the professional installation team achieving a daily pace of 700 to 1,000 square meters.

Each arch-shaped roof unit is locked together using a bite edge machine, without the need for bolts. The entire roof is free of nail holes and leak-proof.

Four. Strong seismic and wind resistance, flame-retardant and fire-resistant

The arched roof is an elastic shell made of steel in a large trapezoidal trough, with wind pressure resistance of 130 kg per square meter, capable of withstanding typhoons below category 12 and earthquakes up to 7 on the Richter scale. Its fire and flame-retardant properties meet the national A-grade standard.

Ventilation is excellent.

Arched roofs can accommodate multiple skylights along the arch direction, typically ranging from 3% to 5%, which is three to five times longer than the single skylight that can be installed along the ridge of traditional roofs, resulting in superior ventilation and air circulation.
