Principle of Operation and Features:
The unit consists of a multi-pass filter ring and a floating ring, with a spiral shaft running through it, forming a filtration device. The front section is the concentration section, while the rear section is the dewatering section. The concentration and squeezing dewatering of sludge are completed within a single cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a subtle filter cake pattern. After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. As it progresses, with the gradual reduction of the filter gap and pitch, and the obstruction by the pressing plate, internal pressure builds up, continuously shrinking the volume to achieve complete dewatering.
He has developed a novel solid-liquid separation device that utilizes the screw extrusion principle. It applies powerful extrusion force through the variation of screw diameter and pitch, combined with the tiny gap between the sliding ring and the fixed ring, to achieve dewatering of sludge.
