The equipment can be buried beneath the ground surface, allowing the surface to be used for greening or as a plaza. Thus, it does not occupy any ground area, does not require building construction, and is not in need of heating and insulation.


2. Life expectancy of over 15 years

The pool is composed of a pit structure with a relatively shallow burial depth. The steel structure pool is coated with an interpenetrating network anticorrosive paint for corrosion prevention. It is a polymer formed by rubber networks penetrating through plastic networks, which is resistant to acids, bases, salts, gasoline, kerosene, aging, and abrasion, as well as corrosion prevention. After the coating is applied to the equipment, the anticorrosive life can last for over 15 years.


3. Strong stain-removing ability, stable water quality after discharge

AO's biological treatment process utilizes a plug flow biological contact oxidation pond, which boasts superior treatment effects compared to full-mix or two/three-stage series full-mix biological contact oxidation ponds. Furthermore, it is smaller in volume than an activated sludge pond, highly adaptable to water quality, with excellent shock resistance. The effluent water quality remains stable and does not result in sludge expansion. Additionally, the biological contact oxidation pond incorporates new elastic three-dimensional packing material, featuring a larger actual specific surface area, easy microbial adhesion and detachment. Under the same organic loading conditions, it demonstrates higher organic matter removal rates than other packing materials and enhances the solubility of oxygen in water.


4. Reduced sludge production; only one sludge discharge every 90 days.

Due to the use of a biological contact oxidation pool in the AO biological treatment process, the volume load of the filling material is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the self-oxidation stage, resulting in less sludge production. Moreover, the moisture content of the sludge generated by the biological contact oxidation pool is significantly lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge pool. Consequently, the amount of sludge produced is less, and it generally requires emptying only once every 90 days.

5. Soil Deodorization Facilities Offer Excellent Deodorization Quality

Equipped with a soil deodorization facility, it utilizes the upper space of a reinforced concrete pool structure to improve soil quality and set up air distribution pipes. As noxious components dissolve in the soil's water content through the soil layer, they are then adsorbed onto the soil surface and undergo chemical reactions, eventually being decomposed by microorganisms within the soil to achieve deodorization.
