The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 3620.1. When the buyer conducts re-inspection, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot-processed bars, as well as the permissible deviation, should comply with the specifications in Table 1.
3: After hot processing and turning (grinding) rods, as well as cold rolling and cold drawing rods, the diameter tolerance should comply with the specifications in Table 2.
4: The ovality of round bars after hot working and turning (grinding) should not exceed half of the size tolerance.
5: The random length of processed titanium bar is 300-6000mm, while the random length of annealed bars is 300-2000mm. The fixed or multiple lengths should be within the random length range. The allowable deviation for fixed length is +20mm; for multiple lengths, the cutting allowance of the bar should also be considered. The fixed or multiple lengths should be specified in the contract.
