Properties and Application Range: High-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, sensitive to sulfur atmosphere, tends to脆ize at 600-800°C due to precipitation phases, suitable for manufacturing various furnace components subject to stress. Chemical Composition: Carbon C: ≤0.20, Silicon Si: 1.50-2.50, Manganese Mn: ≤1.50, Sulfur S: ≤0.030, Phosphorus P: ≤0.035, Chromium Cr: 24.00-27.00, Nickel Ni: 18.00-21.00. Mechanical Properties: Tensile Strength σb (MPa): ≥590, Yield Strength σ0.2 (MPa): ≥295, Elongation δ5 (%): ≥35, Reduction of Area ψ (%): ≥50, Hardness: ≤187HB. Heat Treatment Specification: Solution treated at 1080-1130°C with rapid quenching. Microstructure: Characterized by an austenitic structure.
