Execution Standards
Metallographic microstructure:
The alloy features a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
Process performance and requirements:
1. The lower the sulfur content in hot-processed fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
2. The thermal processing temperature range of the alloy is 1200℃ to 950℃,with cooling methods available in water quenching or rapid air cooling.
3. Suitable for welding with any traditional welding techniques, such as tungsten electrode inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal electrode inert gas welding, and熔化极惰性气体保护焊.
