GH2747
GH2747 is a precipitation-hardened superalloy based on Fe-Ni-Cr, used in solution heat-treated condition. It operates at long-term working temperatures of 1100°C to 1250°C, with short-term use up to 1300°C. The high-temperature heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant alloy GH2747 boasts high strength, good microstructural stability, and excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. The alloy has good weldability and can be welded using various processes.
GH2747 Application Fields:
GH747 is used in the manufacturing of high-temperature, oxidation-resistant components for aerospace and aerospace engine combustion chambers, as well as afterburner chambers. It is also employed in the production of various heat-resistant parts for industrial furnace rolls, transmission devices, thermocouple sleeves, and more. Particularly suitable for high-temperature oxidation-resistant components in petrochemical, nuclear energy, and metallurgy fields.
GH2747 Antioxidant Property:
The material cost of GH2747 is lower than that of similar high-temperature alloys. By increasing the chromium content and adding aluminum elements as well as trace rare earth elements, the alloy's oxidation resistance from 1000℃ to 1300℃ is significantly improved.

Alloys can be welded effectively using all welding methods. TIG welding, spot welding, roll welding, and electron beam welding yield excellent results. When welding dissimilar materials, it is possible to use the base metal wire as the filler material, or opt for a filler material of the same type of alloy.
