The conveyor belt on the pendulum can rotate to create a water current that draws small debris into the collection chamber, enhancing cleaning efficiency.
3. The middle compartment serves as a storage and unloading bay for collected waste and debris. Upon the ship's arrival at the pier, the middle compartment can be raised to rotate and unload the waste via a conveyor belt.
