Our early-launched "PRP Product Registration Platform" allows users to check our medium-voltage indoor components produced since April 2010. By scanning the QR code on the PRP label of the component panel, users can follow the steps "Customer Inquiry" - "Circuit Breaker Anti-Counterfeiting Registration" to access the platform, where they can register their purchased products, enjoy "extended 6-month warranty," "anti-counterfeiting certification," and self-service access to "manufacturing reports, sample books, and other technical documents."
In addition to maintaining the original "PRP Product Registration Platform" services, to provide users with a more streamlined operation experience, our company has further upgraded the anti-counterfeiting product query. We have introduced a more convenient "Scan to Verify" feature, allowing users to scan the anti-counterfeiting QR code on the product label with WeChat to access the ABB Anti-Counterfeiting Verification System and retrieve product order numbers, model numbers, production dates, and serial numbers of key components. This enables multiple anti-counterfeiting verifications to authenticate the authenticity of the product. For early production models, users can follow the "ABB Distribution System Service" public account, open "Customer Inquiry," and activate the "Product Anti-Counterfeiting Query" feature to scan the product label's barcode for authenticity verification as well. Detailed steps are illustrated below. Additionally, we have enhanced the anti-counterfeiting technology of the product labels, with the upgraded labels improving the label's display quality.
