1. The base concrete strength should be ≥ C25, with a low water-cement ratio, and no early strength admixture should be contained in the compacting mixture.
The large-sized aggregate particles in concrete should be ≤30mm, and the base layer must be paved with aggregate particles of a smaller diameter as well.
3. For concrete vibrated below 10cm, use a flat plate vibrator for vibration work; for concrete above 10cm, use an internal vibrator for vibration work.
The lower concrete grade is C25 or C20, with the upper layer being砂浆细石混凝土of C30 or C25, with a total thickness of 5-20 cm.
