Working on a lift platform without guardrails can lead to personnel falling, resulting in injuries or fatalities.
To ensure the hydraulic loading bridge is in good working condition, a pre-use inspection is necessary: mainly including the responsiveness of the control buttons; the integrity of the power cord and socket; the condition of the oil delivery pipe; the stability of the guardrails; the tightness of bolts at each junction; and the integrity of the exterior quality. However, if the motor rotates but the lifting platform does not rise after pressing the up button and the indicator light turns on when the power is connected, this may be due to the motor reversing after the three-phase power is reversed. Simply correcting the power supply is all that's needed, so it's not a major issue.
Hydraulic loading bridges must be supported by their legs during operation, adjusting the leg bolts to ensure the lifting platform is evenly supported by the legs and remains level. During the lifting process and when elevated, the lifting platform must not be moved, and it is strictly prohibited to sway on the lifting platform.
Hydraulic loading bridge may emit abnormal noises during operation; immediate shutdown and inspection are required to prevent severe damage to the lifting platform. Electrical equipment must be checked for normal operation before use. All shaft pin oil holes must be lubricated before each use. Perform a no-load lift before use to check the hydraulic system's functionality. The worktable's load should not exceed the rated capacity and should not be subjected to vigorous摇晃. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank must be changed every 500 hours of operation.
Upon completion of the bridge crane operation, all parts should be cleaned and wiped. When not in use, the work platform should be lowered to the lowest position.
Monthly maintenance of the hydraulic ramp: inspect for wear on the rollers, intermediate shafts, and bearings; cylinder pin and bearings; arm hinge shafts and bearings, etc.; check the quality and level of hydraulic oil; ensure the hydraulic ramp is fully raised, and at this position, the hydraulic surface should be 40-50mm above the bottom of the housing. If the hydraulic oil appears dark, sticky, or contains sand or other foreign particles, it should be replaced promptly; add some lubricating oil to all parts to extend the life of the bearings. The hydraulic ramp is versatile, and performing these maintenance steps not only ensures your personal safety but also prolongs the equipment's lifespan, allowing the ramp to better serve you.
