MC Nylon is used in various applications, including mixer idlers, valve bodies, valve core gaskets, insulating sleeves, guide plates, pulleys, etc. In the railway sector, it features dynamic axle box liners, dynamic wheel spring retainers, retaining rings, crosshead sliding shoes, and lever small-end square tiles. Within the shipbuilding industry, it includes bearings, pump bearings, pulley sliders, sprockets, anti-electric handles, and sealing components, among others.

Our nylon rod advantages: We can produce nylon rods with an outer diameter of 30mm and a diameter of 1000mm. The standard height is approximately 70cm per rod. Nylon rods with a diameter of 60mm or less may have air holes, so we recommend using extruded nylon rods for thin rods. Extruded nylon rods are available in diameters from 20mm to 200mm, each rod is 1 meter long, white, and free of air holes. They are slightly more expensive than cast nylon rods.
