Metal laser cutting machines are a bulk pipeline cutting method. The core of CNC cutting technology is the CNC cutting system, which is the cutting control software of the control system. 2. Full-stroke laser automatic cutting and punching of large metal tubes.
To meet the process requirements for full-stroke automatic laser cutting and blanking of large metal tubes, the metal laser cutting machine employs a dual-drive pneumatic chuck rotation mechanism (drive shaft W, transmission shaft W1). It is equipped with a left transmission shaft W chuck rotation mechanism, which has been tightened. The machine tool's X, Y, and W movements are used to cut and process the tubes. The right slave shaft locking pneumatic chuck rotation mechanism can move along the worktable parallel to the workpiece axis, thereby enabling large-scale metal tube laser cutting and blanking with larger dimensions.
3. Pipe cutting process.
Due to the adhesion of cuttings (especially from small-diameter square tubes) to the inner wall of the tube, most of the heat generated by the metal laser cutting machine is absorbed by the workpiece. When the cutting density of the stainless steel laser cutting machine is high, it often leads to overheating of the tube, the corners of the square tubes, and all four corners. Overheating severely affects the quality of the cut, and may even render it uncuttable. In response to such issues:
