Since the introduction of the metal laser cutting machine with a cone tube processing function, we have been continuously improving and researching it. The functional layout of the metal laser cutting machine mainly consists of the following components: water chiller, laser source, electrical cabinet, vacuum tube, flat cutting parts, and pipe cutting parts. The water chiller is placed at the rear of the entire machine, providing cooling for the entire equipment. The laser source is positioned to the right of the water chiller, producing a laser beam through power consumption. The electrical cabinet is mounted at the rear of the machine tool, with the vacuum tube and control panel installed on the right side of the machine tool. The flat cutting parts are located on the right side of the entire machine, primarily for metal laser cutting processing of flat sheet materials. The pipe cutting section is situated on the left side of the entire machine, used for processing round, square, and conical pipes. The flat cutting parts are mainly composed of the body, crossbeam, discharge cart, sliding plate, and worktable. The body is constructed using a steel plate welding structure, and the processing is carried out on a CNC gantry milling machine, with the bed side guide rails and rack mounting surfaces being processed in one go, ensuring the consistency of precision for the frame side guide rails and rack mounting surfaces.
