This series of resistance furnaces is designed for periodic operation, suitable for laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, research institutions, and educational institutions for element analysis and determination, as well as for heating during heat treatment processes such as quenching, annealing, and tempering of small steel components. High-temperature furnaces can also be used for sintering, dissolution, and analysis of metals and ceramics.

1. Product Features: 1. The housing is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with a surface spray painting process. The furnace door features a side-opening structure for easy operation. 2. The medium-temperature box furnace has a sealed furnace chamber, with a spiral-shaped heating element made of electric heating alloy wire wrapped around the four walls of the furnace chamber, ensuring even heating and extended lifespan. 3. The high-temperature tubular resistance furnace uses a high-temperature combustion tube, with silicon carbide rods as heating elements installed in the outer shell of the furnace chamber. 4. The high-temperature box resistance furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements, directly installed in the furnace chamber, achieving high thermal efficiency. 5. This series of resistance furnaces uses lightweight foam insulation bricks and aluminum silicate fiber cotton for insulation material, reducing heat storage and thermal conductivity, resulting in a larger heat storage capacity in the furnace chamber, shorter heating time, lower surface temperature rise, and lower energy consumption. 6. The controllers are available in: pointer type, intelligent type, and microcomputer multi-band temperature control type.
