I. Overview The WZY-4030 CNC Universal Sample Maker utilizes the latest CNC technology, controlled by a program controller to operate a three-axis linkage system. It drives XYZ-axis motors and is supplemented by a high-speed spindle motor to form a high-precision milling machine system. This system achieves the functions of non-metallic sheet material strip cutting, dumbbell-shaped sample milling, and impact notch milling. This machine boasts unparalleled features compared to traditional universal molding machines. Firstly, it can produce sample shapes unrestricted by the machine, capable of creating various shapes such as strips, dumbbells, circles, and irregular shapes, unlike the traditional machines that can only produce strip and dumbbell-shaped samples, and only those corresponding to templates. Secondly, it offers extremely high precision, with a maximum processing error of only 0.05mm, whether cutting strips or milling dumbbells. Thirdly, it is largely不受 the limitations of sample shape and can be processed as long as the samples can be mounted on the platform, such as directly cutting dumbbell-shaped samples from a large board, cutting strips from any position on sheet material, and milling strips that do not meet size requirements. When operating this machine, for cutting simple rectangular non-standard strips, manual cutting can be used; for cutting dumbbell-shaped strips or other standard strips, our company provides common standard strip processing programs, which can be directly opened from the controller for processing; for customers' needs to process special-shaped samples, our company can offer programming services.
