Plastic chain conveyors, also known as nylon chain conveyors, are constructed from single-piece chain plates combined with crossbars. The chain plates feature adjustable rotation radius openings and reinforced pin connections, while the crossbars represent the inner width component. The end sections of the crossbars securely clamp the chain plates without easy separation. The chain plates and crossbars can be assembled according to customer specifications, with each section of the chain plate able to be opened freely for easy installation and maintenance.
