The chain plate conveyor uses standard chain plates as the supporting surface, powered by a motor and reducer. By parallel arrangement of multiple chain plates, we can make the conveyor wide and create differential speeds. This utilizes the speed difference between multiple chain plates to convert multiple conveyances into a single streamline without compression, or vice versa, allowing for slow movement. This meets the requirements for large-scale material supply. We can design the heads and tails of two chain plate conveyors as overlapping mixed chains, keeping the bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material buildup on the conveyor line. It can accommodate pressure and pressure-free conveyance for empty and filled bottles.
