The chain conveyor is powered by a motor reducer, using standard chain plates as the load-bearing surface. By running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, the conveyor can be made very wide and achieve differential speed. This allows multiple rows of conveyance to be converted into a single row without compression, or vice versa, converting a single row into multiple rows and slowing down their movement. This meets the requirement for large-scale material supply. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors to overlap in a mixed chain configuration, keeping the bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This system can accommodate pressure and non-pressure conveyance for both empty and filled bottles.
