Battery Tester for the following aircraft battery models: 20GNC(G) / 15XYG45, comprehensive testing of aviation battery packs.
Test instruments for measuring the voltage, discharge current, and gas caps of various 20GNC(G) 5.5, 15, 16, 25, 36, 40, 43 cadmium nickel aviation batteries and/or 15XYG45 silver zinc aviation batteries.
Key Features. This tester boasts advanced technology, rational design, ease of operation, and a wide measurement range.
Key Performance
1. The charger-discharger can perform constant current charging and discharging maintenance for the flight control battery.
2. The charging and discharging motor can perform a logical function check on the flight control battery.
3. The motor provides four channels, simultaneously performing charging, discharging maintenance, and testing on four groups of flight control batteries, which meets the maintenance needs for the flight control batteries of two aircraft.
4. The motor provides both automatic and manual control for maintenance, primarily focusing on unattended, automatic maintenance management. In the event of automatic control failure, it can switch to manual backup maintenance mode.
5. The charge and discharge current can be adjusted freely within the specified range.
6. Synchronize the detection and display of battery pack voltage, charging/discharging current, maintenance time, and other information, and save maintenance data in real-time.
7. During maintenance, if overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, or undercurrent faults occur, the motor for charging and discharging will automatically disconnect, stop further charging and discharging, and a software dialog box will pop up with an alarm.
8. Establish a database for real-time storage and maintenance of maintenance history and records, and provide functions for querying, deleting, and printing maintenance data records.
Primary Functions/Uses
