
The Intelligent Charging and Discharging Battery Activation Device is designed for deep charging, discharging, activation, testing, and capacity analysis of aging single batteries. Its principle is to activate the inactive substances on the battery plates through multiple cycles of charging and discharging, thereby enhancing the battery capacity and extending its service life. Utilizing modern power electronics technology and intelligent micro-processing technology, coupled with computer data processing software, it intelligently controls the battery activation process, repairs and restores aging batteries, and achieves resource recycling and utilization.
Key Features and Functions
● Display: Large LCD screen with Chinese menu prompts, real-time display of all test data: voltage, current, capacity, time, and internal temperature, etc.
● Control Method: Microcontroller-based control, settings include equalizing voltage, floating voltage, discharge termination voltage, charge/discharge current, duration, and internal temperature via keyboard.
●Operating Modes: (1) Constant Current Discharge Mode automatically completes the capacity test or load capacity test of the battery. (2) Intelligent Three-Stage Charging Mode: Uses constant current technology in the initial charging phase, maintaining a constant charging current to rapidly increase the battery voltage. When the charging voltage reaches the upper limit, it automatically switches to constant voltage and reduced current charging, effectively improving the capacity conversion efficiency of the battery. In the final charging phase, it transitions to trickle charging to balance the charging of individual cells, ensuring maximum capacity recovery and effectively resolving the issue of unbalanced cell voltages, avoiding the risk of over-voltage charging. (3) Cycle Discharge/Charge Function: Sets the discharge/charge hour rate and voltage limits, automatically cycling through a discharge and charging process. (4) Battery Activation Function: Sets the number of activation cycles for the battery pack.
●Automatic shutdown feature: Stops operation automatically under any of the following conditions: time limit reached, capacity limit reached, protective voltage limit reached, activation count limit reached, etc.
● Automatic Alarm Function: Equipped with intelligent anti-reverse connection protection, it will automatically trigger an alarm when high temperature, disconnected battery connections, under-voltage, over-voltage, or overcurrent conditions occur.
● Real-time Monitoring Function: Displays and controls set parameters in real-time (such as voltage, current, capacity, duration, and internal temperature)
●Record Query Function: The activator can store 8 sets of charge and discharge data, and users can query as needed.
●Data Transfer Function: Equipped with standard USB and RS232 interfaces. After charging, data can be transferred via a USB flash drive or directly uploaded to a computer via the RS232 interface, solving the issue of large capacity data storage.
●Data Processing Function: Activated data, after analysis and processing by the accompanying data processing software, can automatically generate various curve charts and supports printing.
●Computer remote control function: Set and modify charging/discharging parameters through the computer; control the activator to start or stop charging/discharging.
● External Voltage: External voltage allows for more accurate testing of battery voltage during charging and discharging processes.
● Reverse polarity protection: In case the test cable is connected to the battery's positive and negative terminals incorrectly, the activator will prompt for a missing battery or low battery voltage, protecting the activator from damage.
Voltage and current display calibration and adjustment feature: Allows for calibration and adjustment of voltage and current readings.

Data processing software
Directly obtain the charge and discharge information of the activator. After processing and analysis, generate current and voltage curve graphs, detection data, and export to Excel and Word to create test reports. It also supports printing for easy archiving. These charts allow users to view the performance trend of the battery pack, providing a scientific basis for distinguishing the quality of individual batteries.
