In high-frequency switching power supplies, there is an internal microprocessor or DSP for internal monitoring and communication purposes. The microprocessor chip has strict requirements for the power supply, demanding a stable amplitude, particularly a 28.5V aviation DC power supply, which cannot have significant spikes or ripples to cause electromagnetic interference. The 28.5V aviation DC power supply is provided directly by the manufacturer, and it is also required that the auxiliary power supply's AC adaptability be wider than the normal operating range of the transformer rectifier. When the transformer rectifier is connected to AC input power, the monitoring section must operate normally first, conducting self-checks and various status detections to determine if the transformer rectifier can be powered on; even if the transformer rectifier has stopped working due to very high or low AC voltage, the monitoring section must still operate normally to maintain regular monitoring and communication.
