Large ripple is usually caused by output voltage issues, such as insufficient transformer power and inadequate filtering energy storage. When the voltage is not enough to meet the voltage regulation conditions, the output ripple naturally becomes large. Even with a large capacitance, the current on the diodes used in simple voltage regulators will vary due to the AC peak-to-valley, and the voltage across the diodes will also differ based on the current conditions. This leads to changes in output voltage and, consequently, ripple. Another issue is the high output internal resistance. When the load changes, the current through the adjustment tube and emitter will vary. Adjusting the emitter current is used to stabilize the voltage, with the emitter current, output voltage, and emitter voltage difference all achieving balance. A heavy load will cause a voltage drop, similar to a high internal resistance, which is actually just an exaggerated load effect. 36V aviation power supply, 400HZ frequency conversion power supply, 115/200V power supply, 27V DC power supply, 400HZ power supply, aviation power supply
Methods for high internal resistance: (1) Increase the transformer's power to prevent voltage drop at load and output voltage decline. (2) Appropriately raise the transformer's output voltage. (3) Increase the capacitance of the filter in the voltage stabilization stage. (4) Adjust the base capacitor to provide source filtering. (5) Increase the capacitance of the filter after voltage stabilization.
