Label Check: Verify that the transformer label matches the required transformer, ensuring that specifications such as voltage ratings on both high and low voltage sides, connection group, tap switch position, operating mode, and cooling conditions meet the requirements.
2. Oil Level and Tank: Inspect for any damage to the oil level gauge, ensure the oil level and color are normal, check for any damage to the oil tank and oil pillow, and look for signs of oil leakage or seepage.
3. Airway: Check if the breathing holes are ventilated and for any blockages. Inspect the explosion-proof membrane of the explosion-proof pipe. Aviation ground power, 36V aviation power, 400HZ frequency conversion power, 115/200V power, 27V DC power, 400HZ power, aviation power
4. Conduit and Leads: Inspect for damage and cleanliness on both high and low voltage conduit outlets. Check if the wire connections to the busbar are correct and reliable, for any damage, and if the colors are normal, as well as whether the screws are tightened. 5. Chassis Grounding: Check for debris on the transformer's casing, ensure the grounding wire is securely and reliably connected, and verify if the grounding resistance meets the standard.
