Models with a voltage doubling rectifier function incorrectly in the voltage doubling rectifier state under normal mains power conditions (used only in some new remote-controlled color televisions).
Pulse width modulation circuit issues.
Oscillating capacitor capacity decrease. Aircraft ground power, 36V aircraft power, 400Hz frequency converter power, 115/200V power, 27V DC power, 400Hz power, aircraft power.
The main load (line scan circuit) was not functioning, causing the switch-mode power supply load to become lighter, which in turn raised the output voltage. (This applies only to power supplies that indirectly sample from the voltage regulation feedback loop, i.e., the voltage regulation sampling is not directly taken from the B+ output.)
