1. First, use a test pen to locate the live wire; 2. Turn off the power to the outlet; 3. Connect the live wire to one of the two holes in the switch marked with A, then pull out a 2.5MM2 insulated wire from the other hole and securely connect it to the L hole in the bottom outlet; 4. Find the neutral wire and directly connect it to the N hole in the bottom outlet; 5. Find the ground wire and directly connect it to the E hole in the bottom outlet. Note: Do not mix up the neutral and ground wires (usually left neutral, right live, and ground at the bottom), otherwise, when the electrical equipment is plugged in, it will trip the circuit breaker immediately.
