Explosion-proof
Pressure switches are available in explosion-proof and intrinsically safe categories, with a usage range of Exd II CT1 to T6. Imported intrinsically safe pressure switches must pass international certifications such as UL, CSA, and CE. They are suitable for use in explosive areas and environments with strong corrosive atmospheres. Explosion-proof pressure switches offer various pressure, differential pressure, vacuum, and temperature range products. Common applications include the power, oil, chemical, metallurgical, boiler, food machinery, and environmental protection equipment industries.
Mechanical
Mechanical pressure switches, activated by pure mechanical deformation. As pressure increases, it causes deformation in various sensing pressure components (diaphragms, bellows, pistons), which then move upwards. Through mechanical structures like bar springs, this ultimately triggers the top microswitch, outputting an electrical signal. The UE pressure switches are categorized into continuous displacement type and force balance type from a functional and theoretical standpoint. Electronic
Another popular option in the market over the past few years is the electronic pressure switch, which is used to replace electrical contact pressure gauges and is applied in systems with high industrial control requirements. This pressure switch features an integrated precision pressure sensor, amplifies the pressure signal through a high-precision meter amplifier, and collects and processes data via a high-speed MCU. It typically utilizes a 4-digit LED real-time numerical display for pressure, relay signal output, and allows for freely set upper and lower control points. It has minimal hysteresis, is vibration-resistant, responds quickly, and is stable and reliable with high accuracy (usually ±0.5% F.S., up to ±0.2% F.S.). By using the hysteresis setting, it effectively protects against repeated operation caused by pressure fluctuations, safeguarding control equipment. It is a high-precision device for detecting pressure and liquid level signals, and for achieving pressure and liquid level monitoring and control. Its features include an intuitive electronic display, high accuracy, long service life, ease of setting control points through the display, but it is relatively expensive and requires power supply.
