After rectification, the output voltage measured in each DC voltage regulator will have one or two sets of rectification outputs. If there are any abnormal situations with these rectification output voltages, the voltage regulator may experience various malfunctions. Therefore, when encountering equipment failures, we should first check if the rectification output voltages of the relevant components are normal.
(2) Inspect Various Operating Points of the Circuit: DC Power Supply, DC Stabilized Power Supply, High-Power DC Power Supply, Programmable DC Power Supply, CNC DC Power Supply. If both the rectifier output voltage and electronic devices are functioning normally, we should further check the various operating points of the circuit, including the transistors, which should have a certain voltage between the collector and emitter to meet the requirements and ensure operation in the amplification region. (3) Additionally, if the rectifying voltage is stable, but the output voltage regulation is abnormal, inspect the components within the circuit, test the integrity of the amplification and adjustment tubes. If any abnormalities are found, they should be replaced promptly.
(4) If the instrument malfunctions, inspect the cabinet for any visible damage. Check if the transformer has a burnt smell or mold.
