Initially, there are cases with less severe damage—difficulty in starting or even failure to start the power module. During the use of the power module, you may encounter a situation where the output terminal voltage is normal, but there is no output at the terminal, and the power module itself is not damaged. What could be the reason? - Excessive external capacitance; - Overly large capacitive load; - Excessive load current; - Insufficient input power supply power. For such issues, improvements can be made by adjusting the output capacitance and load or by adjusting the input power, as follows: - For excessive external capacitance, it takes a longer time to charge during the power module's startup, making it difficult to start, and a suitable capacitive load needs to be selected; - When the capacitive load is too large, it is advisable to initially串联 an appropriate inductor; - Overly heavy output load can cause extended startup time, so a suitable load should be chosen; - Switch to a higher power input power supply.
