① Unboxing Inspection 1) Check the machine label to confirm that the specifications, model, output capacity, input AC voltage, input DC voltage, and output AC voltage meet the requirements specified at the time of order. 2) Inspect for any damage to the inverter during transportation and ensure that the inverter's operating system is turned off.
② Confirm Installation Conditions: To ensure the machine operates stably for a long time, appropriate indoor conditions must be met during installation. 1) Dust-free 2) Appropriate environmental temperature 3) Relative humidity meets requirements 4) Free of corrosive gases like steam 5) No flammable or explosive materials nearby 6) Access to a power supply that complies with safety regulations. The inverter operates in indoor environments from -10℃ to 40℃, but the temperature during startup should be above 0℃, with an ideal operating temperature of 10℃-25℃. The installation environment must have a good heat dissipation system. The following is an ideal installation environment: 1) Install the product in a spacious room 2) Install temperature and humidity control equipment 3) Install forced ventilation equipment. ③ Confirm Installation Location 1) Do not place on uneven or inclined surfaces. 2) Position the inverter in a well-ventilated area, ensuring the back and sides are at least 20cm away from the wall for proper air intake and exhaust. 3) Avoid placing the inverter in direct sunlight, damp areas (to prevent rain exposure). 4) Keep away from fire sources and avoid using in high-temperature environments; an ambient temperature of 25-35°C is recommended. 5) Do not install the inverter in a space with corrosive gases. 6) Do not pile杂物 around the inverter; maintain cleanliness of the inverter and surrounding area. 7) Do not place any heavy objects on top of the inverter. 8) Ensure there is sufficient operating space in front of the inverter. 9) The main unit must have adequate maintenance space. 10) Ensure the main unit is installed in a safe and reasonable location. 11) Ensure the routing of power cables is convenient, safe, and reliable.
④ Electrical Installation 1) Ensure all switches are in the OFF position. 2) Properly connect the main unit's DC input wires. Note: Do not reverse the battery polarity. 3) Properly connect the main unit's AC output wires. 5) Properly connect the main unit's good grounding (connect the ground wire securely to the mounting screws of the housing). Output terminal wiring: 1. The DC connection wire cross-section is ≥ 16 mm². 2. The cross-section of all three-phase AC output wires is ≥ 4 mm².
