Medium-frequency inverter power supplies are finished products of pure components and electrical material control systems. However, if there is a lot of dust in the workshop or from small hardware, under the influence of air-cooled electric fans, a large amount of dust may enter the cabinet, causing the iron feet to become stiff. This may lead to incorrect output signals and ultimately result in burning. Therefore, it is recommended to dust off every nearly three months to half a year, depending on the workshop environment. Before dusting, power off and leave it for 10 minutes to allow the capacitors inside the machine to dissipate heat. Then, open the packaging box cover and use an air gun to blow off all the dust. Be cautious as the compressed air from the air gun may contain water, which is not permissible. After the dust is completely removed, close the cover and it is ready for continued use. When using the air gun to blow off dust, be careful not to use too much pressure; it would be a hassle if the electronic components on the medium-frequency inverter welding power supply panel are blown off. Additionally, it is necessary to check whether all the connectors inside the lower power supply are properly connected. If there are any noticeable gaps, please tighten them.
