Analysis of Digital Medium Frequency Inverter Power Supply Structure and Principle

Our medium-frequency inverter power supply system is primarily composed of two sections: the main circuit and the control circuit. The circuit is designed as a single-phase inverter circuit mode using IGBT as the switching element, while the control circuit employs the popular SPWM pulse-width modulation technology. In addition, we have designed a protection circuit system for overvoltage and undervoltage protection for the inverter. In the event of a fault, the protection circuit system immediately blocks the control signal and other protective measures until the fault is completely resolved, at which point the equipment will automatically resume normal operation. The principle involves feedback from the current loop plus a proportional-differential network, thereby ensuring greater system stability.
