Ensure reliable operation of the filter under high-voltage conditions.
2. Filters must have a shielding structure, with the shielding box cover and body having good electrical contact. The capacitor leads of the filter should be as short as possible, and it is recommended to use through-hole capacitors with short leads and low inductance.
When the filter is continuously powered with the rated current, its temperature rise must be low to ensure that the components within the filter maintain their operational performance during continuous operation at this rated current.
4. Clearly define the working frequency and the interference frequencies to be suppressed. If the two frequencies are very close, a filter with a very sharp frequency characteristic is required to separate the two frequencies.
5. High work reliability is essential, as failures in filters used for electromagnetic interference protection are often more difficult to locate than those in other components. Aviation ground power, 2 units; 36V aviation power, 1 unit; 400HZ variable frequency power supply, 7 units; 115/200V power supply, 2 units; 27V DC power supply, 5 units; 400HZ power supply, 12 units; aviation power.
6. To ensure that the filter's frequency characteristics match the design values during operation, the impedance values of the signal source and load connected to it must equal the specified values during the design phase.
