The speed control offers smooth operation and high efficiency. At low speeds, the characteristic static shutdown rate is higher, providing better relative stability.
2. The operating temperature for inverters is generally suitable for -10℃ to 40℃, with humidity below 90% during operation. When the environmental temperature exceeds 40℃, the inverter should be derated by 5% for every 1℃ increase. For every 10℃ rise in temperature, the lifespan of the inverter is halved. Therefore, it is crucial to address the issue of surrounding environmental temperature and the inverter's heat dissipation.
All power products, including variable frequency transformers and voltage stabilizing transformers, should be kept away from fire sources and high temperatures to prevent excessive heat.
4. Prevent oil mist and salt from corroding variable frequency power supplies.
Please place the variable frequency power supply in a well-ventilated area, ensuring it is at least 30 cm away from other objects to maintain proper ventilation of the intake holes.
6. The normal operating environment for the variable frequency power supply is a temperature range of 0℃ to 40℃, and humidity of 0% to 90% (non-condensing state).
Avoid placing the variable frequency power supply in areas with corrosive gases, vibration, or magnetic field interference. Aviation ground power supply 2, 36V aviation power supply 1, 400HZ variable frequency power supply 7, 115/200V power supply 2, 27V DC power supply 5, 400HZ power supply 12, aviation power supply.
Avoid placing the variable frequency power supply in direct sunlight, under rain, or in a damp area.
Do not place 60Hz power, 400Hz power, and other various power supply products on uneven or inclined surfaces.
10. When a variable-frequency inverter drives a standard motor, compared to using a power frequency power supply, there will be an increase in losses, reduced cooling efficiency at low speeds, and an increase in motor temperature rise. Therefore, the motor's load torque should be reduced at low speeds. When the motor operates at high speeds (60 Hz and above), the electromotive force balance and bearing characteristics will change.
