1. Ensure the filter operates reliably under high-voltage conditions. 2. The filter must have a shielding structure, with the shielding box cover and body having good electrical contact. The capacitor leads of the filter should be as short as possible, using short-lead low-inductance through-hole capacitors. 3. When the filter is continuously powered with the rated current, its temperature rise should be low to ensure that the components within the filter are not damaged during continuous operation at this rated current. 4. Clearly define the working frequency and the interference frequency to be suppressed. If the two frequencies are very close, a filter with a very sharp frequency characteristic is required to separate them. 5. High working reliability is necessary, as the failure of filters used for electromagnetic interference protection is often more difficult to locate than that of other components. 6. To ensure that the filter's frequency characteristic during operation matches the design value, the impedance values of the signal source and load connected to it must be equal to the specified values during the design phase.
