The Basic Principle of Variable Frequency Power Supply: The frequency conversion power supply is converted from AC to DC to AC, producing a pure linear waveform output. The output frequency and working voltage are adjustable within a certain range, suitable for alternating current power consumption in general applications. An ideal AC switch-mode power supply features stable frequency, stable working voltage, zero internal resistance, and a pure sinusoidal waveform (no frame loss). Due to the close similarity of variable frequency power supplies to ideal AC switch-mode power supplies, they are increasingly being used as standard power supply switches for power systems, benefiting the provision of high-quality power supply for high-power electrical appliances and facilitating objective evaluations of their technical performance. There are typically two types of variable frequency power supplies: linear amplification type and SPWM (SinePWM) switch type. Transformer Principle: A transformer is an electrical engineering control system that utilizes the principle of variable frequency drives and electronic information technology to operate AC motors by altering the frequency of the power supply. Core components of the variable frequency drive include rectifiers (AC to AC), filters, inverter power supplies (AC to AC), braking system modules, drive modules, and microcontroller detection modules. By regulating the working voltage and frequency of the output switching power supply through internal IGBT branching, the transformer provides the required switching power supply current and voltage according to the specific motor requirements, achieving environmental protection and energy saving, as well as variable speed objectives. Additionally, variable frequency drives offer numerous maintenance functions, such as overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and undervoltage protection.
