1. The variable frequency power supply failed to start

Reason: Power input failure; input fuse not installed or blown.

Solution: Check if the power cord, plug, and outlet are loose; inspect the input fuse. Aviation Power

2. Abnormal movement of variable-frequency power supply and fan ventilation openings

Reason: Foreign objects cannot fall into the ventilation holes or the fan blades may get stuck; there is an issue with the fan system.

Solution: Remove foreign objects; replace malfunctioning fans.

3. The variable frequency power supply has a buzzer alarm; pressing "Reset" cannot be released.

Reason: Short circuit between the output end and the load equipment; failure of the reset button; inadequate ventilation leads to a continuous rise in working temperature of the company's machinery.

Solution: Re-examine and correct; use the auxiliary reset button; place the machine in a well-ventilated area.

4. The frequency meter, voltage meter, and current meter of the variable frequency power supply display "0," and the warning sound may sound simultaneously.
