Switched-mode power supplies, as the name implies, utilize electronic switching devices (transistors, field-effect transistors, thyristors, etc.) to repeatedly "conduct" and "disconnect" these devices through control circuits. The switching devices pulse-modulate the input voltage to facilitate DC/AC and DC/DC voltage conversions, as well as adjustable output voltage and automatic voltage stabilization.

Switched-mode power supplies are generally divided into four main parts: the main circuit, the switch-mode power supply control circuit, the detection circuit, and the auxiliary power supply. Avionics Power Supply

Main Circuit

Surge Current Limitation: Restricts surge currents on the input side during power-up.

Input Filter: Its function is to filter out interference from the grid, preventing machine-generated noise from reverting back into the grid.

Rectification and Filtering: Directly converts AC power from the power grid into a smoother DC power.

Inverters: The core component of high-frequency switching power supplies, converting rectified DC power into high-frequency AC power.

Regulated and Filtered Output: Providing a stable and reliable DC power supply for your load requirements. 36V Avionics Power Supply

Control Circuit

After sampling at the output end and comparing it with the set value, the variable-frequency inverter adjusts the pulse width and frequency to stabilize the output. The test circuit, identified by its protective circuit, provides. The control circuit implements various protective measures for the power supply.

3. Circuit Testing

It provides various operational parameters and equipment data for circuit protection.

4. Auxiliary Power Supply

Software (remote) activation of power supply to protect circuits and power control circuits (PWM chips, etc.).

Key Advantages: Compact, lightweight, high efficiency, and high output. (Suited for high power ratings and high power consumption requirements.)

Major drawbacks: Poor voltage regulation coefficient, high-frequency interference, and large output ripple. (High ripple requirements make it unsuitable when considering high-frequency interference.) 400Hz power supply
