Square wave pulses are a fundamental form of current in pulse electroplating, generally referred to as single pulses. Other commonly used forms derived from single pulses include DC superimposed pulses, alternating polarity pulses, and intermittent pulses, among others. Single pulses, DC superimposed pulses, and intermittent pulses are examples of unidirectional pulses. Avionics Power Supply
Unidirectional pulses refer to a pulse waveform where the current direction does not change over time; while alternating polarity pulses are a bidirectional pulse form featuring reverse polarity anode pulses.
Single Pulse
The single-pulse power supply generally outputs a fixed unidirectional pulse current. To alter the pulse parameters, a shutdown and reconfiguration is required after the machine is turned off.
Double Pulse
The dual-pulse power supply typically outputs a fixed-cycle reversing pulse current with constant parameters. To alter the pulse parameters, the machine must be shut down and reconfigured. 400HZ power supply.
