Power Connection. Connect the regulated power supply to the main power supply.

Power on. With no load connected, press the master power switch (power), then turn on the DC output switch (output) to enable normal operation of the power supply (some simple adjustable voltage regulators only have a master power switch, no separate DC output switch). At this point, the digital indicator on the power supply will display the current working voltage and output current. Aerospace Power Supply

Set the output voltage. Adjust the voltage setting knob to display the target voltage on the digital voltmeter, completing the voltage setting. For power supplies with adjustable current limiting, there are two separate adjustment systems for voltage and current. Be clear during adjustment; voltage potentiometers are usually labeled with "VOLTAGE," while current potentiometers are labeled with "CURRENT." Many entry-level products use low-cost coarse/fine dual knobs for setting. When encountering dual adjustment knobs, first turn the fine adjustment knob to the middle position, then set the approximate voltage using the coarse adjustment knob, and finally, make precise corrections with the fine adjustment knob.

Set the current. Hold down the "Limit" button on the power panel, at which point the ammeter will display the current value. Adjust the current knob to reach the desired level. Generally, the current limit can be set to 120% of the common high current. Some power supplies do not have a dedicated adjustment key for current limiting. Users need to short-circuit the output terminals according to the instructions and then adjust the current limit level by coordinating with the current limit knob. Simple adjustable voltage power supplies do not have a current setting function or corresponding knobs.

Set Overvoltage Protection (OVP). Overvoltage setting refers to further limiting an upper voltage within the adjustable voltage range of the power supply to prevent the output voltage from being too high due to misoperation. Generally, overvoltage can be set to 120% of the normal working voltage. Overvoltage setting requires a flat-head screwdriver to adjust the recessed potentiometer on the control panel, which is also a design to prevent accidental operation. To set the OVP voltage, first adjust the power supply working voltage to the target overvoltage point, then slowly adjust the OVP potentiometer until the power supply protection triggers, at which point the OVP is set. Afterward, turn off the power supply, lower the working voltage, and it will operate normally. Refer to the third step in the article for setting the working voltage. Different power supplies have different OVP settings. 400HZ power supply

Parameter settings for communication interfaces and remote operation configurations. For local control applications (panel operations), remote operation should be disabled. Communication interfaces should be set according to communication requirements, while local applications do not require configuration.
