In the power system, DC switch power supplies serve as power sources for relay protection, automatic equipment, control operation circuits, lighting and audio signals, and emergency lighting, making them crucial equipment in power plants and substations. Accidents caused by DC power supply failures occur frequently, hence there is a high demand for reliability and stability in DC power supplies. Traditionally, most DC power supplies use silicon-controlled rectifiers. In recent years, many DC power supply manufacturers have introduced intelligent high-frequency switch power supplies, which offer numerous advantages: safety, reliability, high degree of automation, smaller size and weight, higher overall efficiency, and lower noise, all of which cater to the needs of the power grid and are worthy of promotion and use. Currently, the power system in our country is gradually transitioning from traditional phase-controlled power sources to modular high-frequency switching power supplies, which are also used for direct current (DC) sources. The working principle of the high-frequency switching power supply rectifier is as follows: the alternating current (AC) power supply is connected to the rectifier module, filtered, and then converted to DC through a three-phase full-wave rectifier. It is then connected to a high-frequency inverter circuit, converting DC to high-frequency AC, which is subsequently output as a stable DC after passing through a high-frequency transformer, rectifier bridge, and filter. The high-frequency switching power supply rectifier module features an automatic current balancing function under parallel operation.
